Pay once and the site is yours on day one. $2,400 up front plus $25/month for hosting and security. You do not get unlimited updates, priority support, or the monthly report, and anything you want changed later is quoted per job. Most people take the monthly.

I can build you a clean basic logo and brand mark to launch with, or work with the logo you already have. For full custom brand identity work, I'll point you to a specialist who lives and breathes it.

Around $15 per year, paid directly to your domain registrar. I'll help you pick one and get it set up. The domain stays in your name, always.
Local SEO microsites
Separate single-service, single-town sites built to rank alongside your main site. Quoted per build, because they take real ongoing work and take 3 to 6 months to show results. Not part of any monthly plan.
SMS follow-up
Text-message follow-up requires carrier registration and consent handling under federal rules, so it is quoted separately rather than bundled. Email follow-up is included in Plus.
AI phone receptionist
Answers your phone when you can't. Quoted separately because the voice minutes bill directly to you at cost.
Custom photography or video
Priced through Nesheim Visuals. Quoted based on scope.
Paid ad management
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads. Custom quoted based on monthly ad spend and channels.
E-commerce functionality
