AI voice receptionist · Rockford, IL

An AI receptionist that answers your phone when you can't

When you miss a call, most people just call the next name on the list. An AI voice receptionist answers for you, asks what the job is, and texts you the details before you've even noticed the call came in.

What it does

It answers the calls you miss, asks what the job is, where it is and when they need it, then texts you a summary right away. It comes built into Plus at $179 a month, alongside Google Business Profile management and automatic review-request texts.

  • Picks up calls you miss, not every call
  • Asks for the job, the address and the timeline
  • Texts you a summary the second the call ends
  • Works alongside missed-call text-back, which comes with the Plus plan

What it costs

If you're on Plus, it's already included. Already have a site built somewhere else? I can still wire an AI receptionist into your existing business number. That's quoted separately, because the voice minutes bill directly to you from the provider at cost, typically $0.10 to $0.15 a minute, or around $30 to $80 a month depending on your call volume. I don't mark that up.

Who this is for

Contractors, cleaners, detailers and anyone else who's on a ladder, under a sink or driving when the phone rings. If most of your missed calls happen during a job rather than after hours, this is built for exactly that.

How it works

I set it up on your business number and connect it to text alerts on your phone. If you're already a Plus client, it's usually live within a few days. On a different plan, I scope your call volume first so the quote is accurate.

Custom build

Included in Plus at $179 a month. On a different plan or a different site, I'll quote it once I know your call volume, since the per-minute cost is billed directly by the voice provider.

Questions

  • No. It only picks up calls you miss. If you answer, it never gets involved.

  • No. Text-back sends a message after a missed call and comes with the Plus plan. This is a voice that actually answers and asks about the job before texting you the details.

  • I can still set it up on your own number. It's quoted on a call once I know your call volume, since the per-minute cost is billed by the voice provider, not me.

  • For a current Plus client, usually a few days. For a new number or a site I didn't build, I'll give you a timeline once I've scoped it.
